Drake  definitely has music in his blood. He is he son of Dennis Graham, a drummer who worked with Jerry Lee Lewis. He was raised by his mother in Toronto's Forest Hill since he was 5 years old.  In 2001 Drake began an acting career playing the role of Jimmy Brooks on the teen hit show Degrassi: The next Generation.  In February 2006, Drake released his first mixtape Room for Improvement.  From the success of the mixtape he later released other tracks and started gaining a lot of buzz in the music industry.  In 2007, he released Comeback Season, which also was a huge hit. His popularity sky-rocketed when he produced a remix of Man of the Year, with ad-libs from Lil' Wayne. Since then Drake has collaborated with Lil' Wayne, Jay Z, Kanye West, Trey Songz, Mary J. Blige, and Jamie Fox just to name a few. On June 29, 2009 it was confirmed Drake officially became a member of Young Money Entertainment. His most recent hits "Best I Every Had', and "Every Girl", has climbed 3rd and 10 respectively, on the Billboards Top 100. Drake definitely deserves respect for his accomplishments, that why WE LOVE DRAKE!
